Singapore Siau Lim National Art Association

 

In December 1 1958, he established the  and founded the ” SINGAPORE NANYANG SIAU LIM NATIONAL ART ASSOCIATION.

The headquarters was located in Shuanglin Temple, which was the leadership center of all affiliated associations. Shuanglin Temple became the “Overseas Shaolin Center”.

BC Kang (Kang Ban Chuan)

BC Kang (Kang Ban Chuan) was born in Malaysia in 1936. His father died during the Second World War, he had to take care of the family as the eldest son.

In 1955/56 he started his hard training at the Shaolin Temple (Shuanglin Temple) in Singapore with his teacher Grandmaster Abbot Sek Koh Sam. He was immediately accepted as a disciple and automatically became the 50th generation of traditional Shaolin Lohan Kung Fu.

From 1969 until 1974 he taught at the Shaolin HQ’s inSingapore – he was in charge for the Shaolin Instructors Class. Passed away in 1998.



 

山口 剛玄
